SWATH review and Jewellery!

My Husband and I went to see Snow White and the Huntsman last night, a movie I have been anticipating for months!  Of course the problem with spending months excited for a movie is that you end up with high expectations that are bound to be let down. The movie was entertaining, a darker retelling full of action and anticipation, however when it was over I was left feeling unsatisfied. It was exciting and the story line was well thought out but I still feel as though something was missing. The epic-ness that is Charlize Theron, the awkward beauty of Kristen Stewart, and the far from awkward beauty that is Chris Hemsworth well made up for the weaker points.

VISUALS! Stunning visual effects left me amazed but by far the best part of the movie had to be the costumes! Colleen Atwood pulled together some of the most fantastic pieces, completely thought out from head to toe and flowing with the storyline. As the movie progresses the evil queens costumes get darker and begin to fall apart with her.
